Refund and Cancellation Guidelines

This policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for digital astrology reports and AI chat subscriptions.

1. Digital PDF Reports: Because our 12-page Marriage Reports and Kundli charts are customized real-time digital products generated instantly upon payment, refunds are processed primarily in cases of technical failure (e.g., PDF generation error or duplicate transactions).
2. Payment Failures / Deductions: If money was debited from your UPI or card but report generation failed, our automated system or support team will immediately regenerate your PDF or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
3. How to Request Support: Reach out to support@aanyaai.com with your registered WhatsApp number and transaction ID.
